How do I return my order?

In the event you need to return your purchase for any reason, simply complete the returns form provided and return it with your goods unworn and undamaged in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery for full price goods, 14 days for sale goods.

How much will my return cost?

A returns label is provided for returns made within the UK. You will need to obtain a free proof of posting receipt which should be kept until we have processed your refund. A £2.95 per pair charge will be deducted to cover the cost of the return. Regrettably, for returns made outside the UK the cost will depend on where you are returning your parcel from, how heavy it is and is borne by the customer.

Do I need to insure my return?

If you are using our hassle-free returns service then you do not need to take out extra insurance for your parcel. However, if you are returning your parcel outwith this service then adequate insurance should be taken in the unlikely event your parcel goes astray.

What happens if my return parcel goes astray?

If you used our returns service then we will need the proof of posting receipt in order to process your return. If you sent your parcel back by other means you will have to claim for your missing parcel on the insurance you took when sending your parcel back to us.

What if I want an exchange?

You can mark exchanges down on your returns form. We will not charge you for the return of your goods from your initial order or apply further delivery charges to exchanges made from the initial order. This excludes sale goods, promotions, purchases made outside the UK and already exchanged goods being returned.

Can I return my purchase to your Fitting Studio?

Returns are accepted in our Fitting Studio. Please bring your dispatch note with you when returning your item. If a refund is required it will be issued in the same form as your payment.
