What it means

Our Price Promise to you is simple; find the same product cheaper at any other retailer with comparable service and we will match their price. We set highly competitive prices for all our products but inevitably there is still price variation between retailers.

Conditions for our Price Promise

We don't expect to be beaten on price by a competitor matching our service conditions - but if you can, just let us know the price and where you found it within 28 days of purchase and we will price match or refund the difference.

With a professional website, catalogue and retail store it is not possible for some companies such as those that trade solely online or abroad to match our service and therefore we cannot match their prices.

The prices we match

Our Price Promise extends to any purchase of footwear where the identical product, colour, size and width is available to be purchased at a lower price at another retailer with comparable service levels. We will match promotional pricing. We don't match customer specific pricing arrangements, membership pricing discounts or products on sale. We also do not match businesses in administration or closing down.

Comparing 'service conditions'

A service condition is where we will look at the competitors' offering including investment made in selling the goods to our high standard, delivery, stock availability and after-sales service to ensure it matches our own.

Special Orders

If we have ordered a product in specially for a customer outside our normal offering then in this instance we cannot apply our Price Promise.
